Happy National Pancake Day! I'm beating myself up right now because I somehow managed to tell myself I didn't need any of the The Fresh Market's Pumpkin Pancake and Waffle mix. How delicious does this sound on a cool, fall weekend morning? (Not that it's cool here....it's still in the 80's well into October!) I think I may have to swing back by there this weekend to pick up a package! It's on sale this week for $3.50.
